Harry Bliss, a frequent New Yorker cartoonist, is releasing a collection of his one-panel cartoons in a book entitled “Death by Laughter.” The book will feature more than a 100 of his cartoons, which according to the Burlington Free Press contains a good number of “not-always-funny themes” such as death.
In the Burlington interview he says,
“I’m actually really proud of this, more so than anything in my career. This represents my work as a cartoonist really well. There’s a lot of me in this book.”
The Burlington Free Press article is a good primer on Harry’s career.
