ToonSeum honors Morrie Turner during Black History Month

The ToonSeum in Pittsburgh, PA will honor Morrie Turner, creator of Wee Pals on the 16th of February as part of their Black History Month celebration. An exhibit of Morrie’s work will also run until February 27th. Also scheduled to appear that day will be Jump Start creator Robb Armstrong and former editorial cartoonist Don Peoples.

  1. I would LOVE to go to this. As a kid, my older cosuin gave me a Wee Pals book form when she was young and I loved it. I still have the dog-eared copy on my bookshelf as I type this. I would love to get Mr. Turner to sign it.
