New Rules for Posting Comments

I’ve updated the rules regarding posting comments on this site. In summary, if I feel the comments to a blog post are going off-topic and participants are engaging in a flame war, I will:

1. Post a comment to all warning that the thread is heading off course.
2. If the participants can’t get the thread back on course, I’ll close down thread.

Individuals who repeatedly hijack threads (or further fan the flames of a hijacked thread) will be banned from future comments.

Keep the comments on-topic.
