Buffalo City mayor declared April 23rd, Adam Zyglis Day

On Monday, Buffalo News editorial cartoonist Adam Zyglis was awarded the Pulitzer Prize. By Thursday, Mayor Byron Brown had declared April 23rd “Adam Zyglis Day in the city of Buffalo.”

And who says government moves slowly?
