Norway charges 3 with conspiracy to commit terrorism

From the BBC:

Prosecutors in Norway have charged three men with conspiracy to commit terrorism in connection with the 2005 Prophet Muhammad cartoon controversy.

The three are accused of planning to attack Danish cartoonist Kurt Westergaard and the newspaper Jyllands-Posten, which published his cartoons.

  1. Wow.When these guys hold a grudge they really hold a grudge. It was 6 years ago! What
    a bunch of B.S!

  2. In 2009, in comemmoration of the publishing of the Mohammed cartoons, the Center For Inquiry proclaimed 30 September International Blasphemy Day (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blasphemy_Day), an annual event intended to promote general disrespect to all things religious. I’ve been observing it all day and haven’t been struck by lightning or been otherwise subjected to any smiting.
