Tom Gammil, host of the NCS Reuben Awards, and I came up with a Las Vegas send up to announce the nominees for the Reuben Award, Outstanding Cartooning of the Year. Here’s Stephan Pastis, Tom Richmond and Brian Crane being forthright and magnanimous. Such gentlemen!
