Nick Anderson wins 2011 Berryman Award
Houston Chronicle editorial cartoonist Nick Anderson has been awarded this year’s Clifford K. & James T. Berryman Award for Editorial Cartooning. The Berryman is awarded to editorial cartoonists whose work “exhibits power to influence public opinion, plus good drawing and striking effect.” Nick will receive a $2,500 prize and attend the National Press Foundation’s Annual Awards Dinner in Washington D.C.
