Teacher sentenced to prison for cartoon child porn
If you remember, back in October I reported that an Idaho middle-school teacher Steven Kutzner had plead guilty to possessing cartoon child porn – including images of characters from “The Simpsons.” Sentencing has been set and Kutzner will spend 15 months in prison, supervised release for three months and participate in sex offender treatment.
Idaho Statesman reports that in addition to the cartoon porn, Kutzner had 500 pictures of teenage females (but couldn’t be proven that they were under 18) and 8,000 files of child erotica
. Investigators believe Kutzner had downloading child porn for at least eight years, but because he used software to delete the files before the search warrant was executed, he couldn’t be charged for greater crimes.
