Bill Leak recovering from head injury
Award winning Australian cartoonist Bill Leak, who had to have two brain surgeries after a fall, has reportedly awaken from his induced coma and even shared a joke with family members according to The Australian. His son tells the paper that his father “has a long way to go” but his ability to move limbs are promising. The hospital still lists him in “serious but stable.”
Bill fell off a balcony while feeding parrots at a friends home in the Mount White area of Australia’s central coast.
