KAL launches USDemocrazy with UMBC students

The Economist editorial cartoonist Kal Kallaugher (KAL), has launched a new informational web site called “US Democrazy” the was created by students and staff at University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC). The site creators set out to capture the color and character of each of our 50 states. To help in this endeavor, KAL contacted political cartoonists to be the site’s first contributors. The site is heavy with KAL’s artwork and hopes to have more information and animations for each state. KAL says he’s done 32 animations so far.
