Webcomics to be made into TV show pilot, movie
With their online success, Ryan Sohmer and Lar DeSouza are branching out their two webcomic features into television and movie deals.
Their feature, Least I Could Do about a “sex-obsessed twenty-something male character who loves science fiction and fantasy,” is being developed for a TV pilot for Canada’s Teletoon network. Least I Could Do was launched in 2004 and appears in various college newspapers in addition to his web site.
Their other feature, Looking for Group launched in 2006. It’s a comic about online roleplayers and is reportedly being developed for motion picture by Muse Entertainment.

It’s very exciting & encouraging to see webcomics crossover to other mediums.
