Eric Devericks keeps his job for another day
Just received word from Seattle Times editorial cartoonist Eric Devericks that his position within the newspaper has been spared from the staffing cut backs that were announced last week.

Whew, First Patrick O’Connor, now Eric, both keeping their jobs at the last minute after expecting to be cut. Doesn’t give one a great sense of job security.
