Paul Gilligan posts his NCS Division award submission
Paul Gilligan, creator of Pooch Cafe has posted the submission he used when entering the NCS division award for newspaper comic strips.
For the comic strip category of the NCS Awards they ask entrants to submit 12 strips from the latest year. I’ve sort of gleaned that 6 dailies and 6 Sundays is probably the right way to go. Not an easy task picking your faves, it’s all so subjective. Anyhoo, below is the Pooch submission John Glynn and I came up with for this year:
Paul is up against Richard Thompson’s Cul De Sac and Jim Meddick’s Monty. The winner will be announced during the annual Reuben awards dinner on Memorial Day weekend.
