Beetle Bailey Collection to be released
Checker Book Publishing has teamed up with King Features to publish an early Beetle Bailey collection. The first book is entitled Mort Walker’s Beetle Bailey 1950-1952. The book should hit bookshelves in May or June of this year.

Thanks for making this announcement! Hopefully I’ll remember to look for the book when it’s out – it would make the perfect gift for my grandfather, a WWII vet who loves Beetle Baily and got me interested in comics by reading the old BB strips to me when I was a kid.

I hope this is the first of many volumes, can never have enough Mort Walker & Beetle!
