Steve Kelley wins Scripps Howard Foundation Journalism Award
Steve Kelley of The Times-Picayune in New Orleans has been awarded The Scripps Howard Foundation’s annual National Journalism Award for editorial cartooning. Finalist for the award go to Mike Lester of the Rome (GA) News-Tribune, and Michael Ramirez, Investor’s Business Daily.
