Norm Feuti posts letters from Jay Kennedy
Retail creator Norm Feuti has posted his two letters that he received from former King Features comics editor Jay Kennedy. Both letters show an encouraging editor he was.

Those are cool to see. Jay Kennedy sent my cartoonist a personal “no thanks” letter years ago about a strip he had submitted. It had the same kind of praise, criticism and inspiration.
While standard form rejections are normal, it’s good to see someone take the time to encourage the cartoonist to improve and try again. For an art form so personal to the creator, he took the discouragement out of rejection.
