San Diego Press Club announces 2007 awards
The San Diego Press Club has announced this year’s journalism awards. Of cartooning note is Lucas Turnbloom who took first for editorial cartooning for a daily paper (his “The More Things Change” cartoon ran in the USA Today), and took first and second in the non-daily category. His father, Dean Turnbloom took 3rd in the daily newspaper category.
