Chris Britt wins excellence in journalism award

The State Journal-Register editorial cartoonist Chris Britt was awarded the 2007 James P. McGuire Award for excellence in journalism. The award was given by the ACLU of Illinois during their 2007 ACLU of Illinois Bill of Rights Celebration.
