Charles Schulz Biography on NPR’s Morning Edition
Tuesday’s Morning Edition on NPR had a segment devoted the newly release biography of Charles M. Schulz entitled, “Schulz and Peanuts” by David Michaelis. You can listen to the broadcast from NPR’s web site. I haven’t listened to the broadcast, but the write up to introduce the segment focused mainly on Sparky’s affair during his first marriage. The book has come under fire from members of the Schulz family as being an inaccurate portrayal of their father. You can read about the controversy surrounding the accuracy of the book as well as a comment left on this blog by Monte Schulz, Sparky’s oldest son.
