Phil Frank received Herb Caen Lifetime Achievement Award
Editor and Publisher reports that Phil Frank has received, posthumously, the first Herb Caen lifetime achievement award by the San Francisco Bay Area Publicity Club. The award is named after Herb Caen, a San Francisco Chronicle columnist who died in 1997.
