The International Comic Arts to Be Held at Library of Congress
E&P notes that The International Comic Arts will be at the Library of Congress this year (Oct. 18-20). Scheduled speakers include Kevin “Kal” Kallaugher and Robert Russell, founder of the Cartoonists Rights Network International.
