Pat Byrnes Expecting Second Child
A hearty congratulations are in order for Pat Byrnes, who does cartoons for the New Yorker and other newspapers, magazines. He and his wife are expecting their second child in March. His wife is Illinois Attorney General Lisa Madigan.
