Canadian Editorial Cartoonist Peter Whalley Passes at Age 86
Canadian Editorial Cartoonist Peter Whalley, whose career started before World War II when he was 16 has passed away at the age of 86. The Gazette has an excellent article about his life and accomplishments. He is survived by his wife, Barbara Smith whom he married in 1948 and his three daughters.
