Marshall Ramsey to Host Pretty Cow Contest at State Fair
Marshall Ramsey, editorial cartoonist for the Clarion-Ledger, has accepted an invitation to be a “Pretty Cow Contest” judge at this year’s Mississippi State Fair. Marshall has been a judge before.
