James Kemsley, creator of Ginger Meggs, writes in to alert all Daily Cartoonists that the latest Inkspot has been posted for your download. The Inkspot is a quarterly publication of the Australian Cartoonists’ Association. This edition has a write up about Mort Drucker and the Shrewsbury Cartoon Festival 07.
