NCS Foundation Scholarship Available to College Students
The National Cartoonists Society Foundation is offering a number of scholarships to college students for the 2008-2009 academic year. For applicants who qualify, they must download an application and submit a 5 sample portfolio to the foundation for review. The site does not mention the criteria for selecting the winners. The number and amounts are at the discretion of the foundation. The application deadline is January 2008.
