Cartoon Mocking Paper’s Management Style Creates Havoc in Nursing Home
In a confusing story on that does little to explain who’s who, the Times-Republican has written about a cartoon that was published in an in-house paper at the Iowa Veterans Home that has caused one staffer to be fired and the entire paper’s content to be reviewed by an editorial board for approval. No mention of who is the cartoonist.
