Pat Oliphant’s work included in UNICEF commemorative picture book (UPDATED)
Editorial Cartoonist Pat Oliphant has several drawings included in a new picture book commemorating the 60th anniversary of The United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF). The book was published in Germany and has already been released to book stores this month.
UPDATE: E&P reported that Signe Wilkinson is also in the book.
