Andy Capp Statue to be unveiled (UPDATED)

Comic Reporter Tom Spurgeon reports that the Andy Capp statue that was proposed last fall will be unveiled later this week. I haven’t been able to get to the Hartlepool Mail’s web site to actually read the details. Once the site is serving out pages again, I’ll see what new developments have been made.
