Wicks work ordered returned to family
Superior Court Judge Thomas Lederer has ruled that the original art work of Ben Wicks be returned to his family who accidently left them behind at a home they sold 15 years ago.

The judge made the only decision possible.
I hope the Wicks family got awarded costs too.
Did we really need a court case to tell us that when something is inadvertently left behind in a
sold-house, the sale price does NOT include the
items so left?
What happened to common sense?
And what were the defendants thinking?
