Check out the very first Pogo strip
Craig Yoe writes in to share a scan of the very first Pogo comic strip over on his web site. Fantagraphics is publishing the entire Pogo comics and has asked for help from those who own any originals or high quality scans.
From Gary Groth, founder of Fantagraphics:
We are looking for the best possible black-and-white reproduction of both Sundays and dailies — especially the Sundays. If you have original art or proofs that you would be willing to let us scan, we would be grateful if you’d contact us. You may e-mail me directly at groth@fantagraphics.com
