Jack Higgins honored for cartoons on corruption
Chicago Sun-Times editorial cartoonist Jack Higgins took top honors for editorial cartooning in the Herman Kogan Media Awards for a series of cartoons he did on the topic of political corruption. The prize is a $1000 scholarship in his name to a school of his choice.
