Exhibit looking for best presidential election cartoons from 1960-2008

AAEC President Rob Rogers has put out a call for the best editorial cartoons for each presidential election since 1960 for an exhibit at American University’s Katzen Art Center entitled, “Running Out of Ink: 50 Years of Campaign Cartoons.” The exhibit will feature 80 framed original cartoons. Rob is asking fellow editorial cartoonists to send in their best two cartoons for each election cycle (see link for details on what to send, deadline, and how). The exhibit will coincide with the AAEC’s 50th anniversary.

The “Running Out of Ink” toons exhibit was canned due to snafus. Now Rob is looking for Bush toons. The new info is listed on the AAEC site.
