Brad Gilchrist and Peter Menice team up to launch “green” comic
Brad Gilchrist, (the other half who does the Nancy comic strip) and Peter Menice (editorial cartoonist) have teamed up to create a new environmentally themed comic called The Green House. The strip, which serves as a humorous insight into living a sustainable lifestyle, was hatched back in 2005 and is scheduled for an official launch next month on Earth Day. The feature was not picked up for syndication, so the two cartoonists are going the self-syndicated route as well as offering e-mails subscriptions ($1/month).
