2007 Glyph award nominees posted
Tom Spurgeon reports that the 2007 Glyph Award nominees have been posted. For best comic strip the nominees are: Candorville by Darrin Bell, The K Chronicles by Keith Knight, Templar, Arizona by Spike, (th)Ink by Keith Knight, and Watch Your Head by Cory Thomas.
There is also a category called best reprint publication which includes Krazy & Ignatz (Fantagraphic).
The Glyph Comics Awards were created to honor black comics and creators. The winners will receive their honor on May 18-19 in Philadelphia in conjunction with the East Coast Black Age of Comics Convention.
