Ted Rall to be Scripps Howard Foundation judge

The Scripps Howard Foundation has announced the names of their judges for this year’s national journalism award competitions. Ted Rall, syndicated cartoonist and United Media’s acquisitions & development editor will be one of those judges. The awards will cover 17 print, electronic and journalism education categories with cash prizes equaling $195,000. Winners will be presented their awards on April 20th.
