Ann Telnaes posts first animated cartoons
Pulitzer Prize winning editorial cartoonist Ann Telnaes has posted her first animated editorial cartoon on her web site. The flash piece runs about less than a minute and uses actual audio from President Bush as opposed to other editorial cartoon animators who use their own voices.
