Paper seeks temporary replacement for Phil Hands
E&P is reporting that Wisconsin State Journal is seeking a temporary editorial cartoonist to fill in for Phil Hands who getting married this weekend. The “Fill for Phil” ontest generated some 75 entries and readers can vote online for their five favorite. The winner will receive a sketchbook, pencils and a lunch with Phil.
UPDATE (Dec 12): The State Journal has selected a winner - Patrick Stutz, 29, a lifelong Madison resident and aa free-lance writer. You can see his cartoon on the State-Journal web site.
