Tom Toles returns to Buffalo

An interesting Q&A of Washington Post editorial cartoonist in anticipation of his return to Buffalo deliver the keynote address at the “Challenging the New Censorship” seminar presented by the University at Buffalo and the Erie County Public Library. Tom Toles was the editorial cartoonist at the Buffalo News before filling the vacancy at the Washington Post in 2001.
