Jim Borgman’s blog up for Online Journalism Award

From Jim Borgman’s blog comes news that he is a finalist in the national Online Journalism Award in the commentary category.  His competition includes the New York Times, Slate and BET.  The criteria is for original commentary content that is original to the web and not reprinted in print work.

The winners will be announced in October.

Jim was also finalist in the EPpy Award earlier this year for Best Media-Affiliated News Blog.
