Jim Unger’s Herman to become Canadian animated series
Teletoon, Canada’s first and only 24 hour cartoon network has entered into an agreement to create an animated series based on Jim Unger’s Herman comic strip that is syndicated by United Media. The article did not specify a timeline.

Uh, the cartoonist’s name is JIM Unger, not Bob.

Maybe remembering the Bob Unger obit of about three
years ago; that’s where I first found out that Jim’s
brother Bob was a gagwriter for the panel from the
eighties until it ended in 1992.

I suspect I was still thinking of Bob Thave’s passing and just crossed the names. Hasn’t been the first time I’ve done that on this blog - and probably won’t be the last.
