Dick Locher to continue writing “Dick Tracy” strip
Dick Locher will be taking over both the art and writing for the Dick Tracy comic strip according to E&P. Dick took over the writing temporarily after the death of Michael Kilian back in October, but the change has been made permanent.
Dick will also continue his editorial cartooning.
Also reported by E&P is Dick will receive the Silver T-Square at this years NCS gathering in Chicago.
