Spot the Frog first collection book due in May
From a press release from United Media, Mark Heath’s feature “Spot the Frog” will get it’s first collection book this May (actually the press release says May, you can buy it now from Amazon).
From the press release:
Spot the Frog: A Cartoon Collection (Andrews McMeel Publishing, LLC, $10.95, May 2006) is the first book collection of Heath’s charming strip. Through its pages, readers meet Spot, a good- natured little amphibian getting his first taste of the great indoors; calm, grandfatherly Karl, Spot’s favorite two-legged mammal and “landlord”; and Buddy, a bespectacled froggy-friend whose claim of being a “Frog of the Wild” is suspect (he reads TV Guide, and well, wears glasses!). This trio finds its way in and out of life’s challenges, never needing more than each other and their immediate surroundings to generate plenty of laughs and lighter views of the world at large. Readers will find nothing small about this big-hearted strip.
