Sherffius takes the Wilbur Award for editorial cartoons/comics
John Scherffius has won the 2006 Wilbur Awards for outstanding editorial cartooning.
The 2006 Wilbur Awards, recognizing outstanding work in the secular media featuring religious issues, themes and values, will be presented here April 1st at the Austin Ranch.
The annual awards are presented by the Religion Communicators Council (RCC) and are named for Marvin C. Wilbur, a pioneer in the field of religion public relations.
