Phil Frank to speak at local luncheon
Phil Frank creator of “Farley” will be addressing a seniors group in Fairfax CA.
Cartoonist Phil Frank of “Farley” fame will be guest speaker at a luncheon sponsored by a newly formed Ross Valley seniors group at the Fairfax Women’s Club from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Feb. 9.
The luncheon is being donated by United Market. The cost is $5. Newcomers are welcome.
