Black Ink Monday
The AAEC website has a round up of all the editorial cartoons protesting the decline of editorial cartoonists in the U.S. - especially those inflicted by the Tribune Company. Take a moment and visit the site. There are 99 cartoons at the time of this writing. They also provided an email address to Gary Weitman, VP of Communications for the Tribune Co.
I’ll be watching the press coverage of the event. I suspect it will get a good share of coverage. I have my doubts that it will change anything. I’ll post the media response in my next postings for your convenience.
