Mass. Paper Apologizes for ‘Get Fuzzy’ Strip
According to E&P who got the tip from the Comics Reporter, The Standard-Times in Massachusetts has officially apologized for running the ‘Get Fuzzy’ strip that implied that a local sportscaster was a drunk.
NEW YORK The Standard-Times of New Bedford, Mass., has apologized to a Boston sportscaster for running a “Get Fuzzy” comic that implied he was drunk on the air.
