“Cartoonist” to preside on high bench
Gov. Bush has been named Steve Rushing to the Hernando County’s 5th Judicial Circuit judge. While his name probably isn’t known inside ‘toonist circles, this lawyer has published over 300 cartoons.
He started drawing “Legal Insanity” during law school. He has had more than 300 published, he said, and three different books of them. They were on exhibit in the Brooksville City Hall Art Gallery last summer.
